General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk10e ("we", "us", "platform") and its users ("you", "user"). By using the tk10e website, app, or any of its services, you fully agree to these terms.

tk10e is an entertainment-based online gaming platform serving Bengali-speaking users in Bangladesh. We ensure a safe and reliable environment through SSL encryption and fair play policies.

These terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on tk10e, you must be 21 years of age or older. This is a mandatory condition. We may request proof of age at any time, and if proof cannot be provided, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, ID details, and contact information — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure and the associated funds may be withheld.

2.4 KYC Verification

To ensure security and fair service, tk10e may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until KYC is completed.

Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify tk10e support immediately.

3.2 Account Ownership

A tk10e account is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or give away your account or any balance held within it to anyone else. Any such attempt will be considered a violation of these terms.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

tk10e may take administrative action on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. In cases of long-term inactivity, the account may be closed after notifying the user.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

tk10e currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits and withdrawals are only accepted through these four mobile financial services.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit for each method: ৳100
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

To request a withdrawal, there must be no pending wagering requirements on the account. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit. tk10e reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue, please notify our support team. Once verified, the issue will be resolved promptly.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tk10e offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳14,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the sum of deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements are met.
• tk10e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a member misuses a bonus offer, the bonus will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on tk10e are operated under fair play policies. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. There is no way to predetermine the outcome of any game.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server issue, network disconnection, or any other technical error, tk10e may decide to void that round or restart it. In such situations, our decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket or any other sport, a confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a match is suspended or cancelled, a decision will be made in accordance with the specific rules of the tournament.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and/or legal action:

• Any attempt to cheat, commit fraud, or deceive other members.
• Bonus abuse or collecting rewards through multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Collecting personal information of other users or harassing them.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to tk10e's systems or software.
• Intentionally exploiting a bug or glitch in any game to gain an advantage.
• Playing through another person's account or giving your own account to someone else.

Limitation of Liability

tk10e operates as an entertainment platform. We are not liable for the following:

• Losing a game due to your internet connection being interrupted.
• Delays or failures with third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Compatibility issues with your device or browser.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from you sharing your account details with a third party.

In any circumstance, tk10e's total liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount of your most recent deposit.

Privacy & Data

Details on how your personal information is collected, stored, and used are provided in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you are also giving your consent to our privacy policy.

tk10e uses SSL encryption technology to keep your data secure. We never sell your personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities where legally required.

Responsible Gaming

tk10e believes gaming should be enjoyable and never a source of problems. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

Account Closure

tk10e may close or suspend an account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• A serious violation of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false information or failing to complete KYC.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited. However, every effort will be made to return the original deposited funds.

Changes to Terms

tk10e reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean you have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
